Privacy
Your source files are temporary.
Violet uses submitted material and inquiry details to review or deliver the requested audit, Validation Study, or consultation—not to build an indefinite archive of client or participant data.
What Violet collects
Violet receives the message or document you submit, the context you choose to provide, Validation or consulting inquiry details, your contact information, consent records, and technical workflow metadata needed to secure and complete the request.
File retention
Deleted within one day of delivery
Submitted source files are deleted within 24 hours after the audit result has been sent. This short window allows delivery to be confirmed and immediate delivery problems to be resolved.
What may remain
Violet may retain the delivered result, basic account or audit metadata, consent records, and operational records needed for service history, security, legal obligations, or follow-up. Source-file deletion does not automatically delete those records. Records are reviewed against their purpose and applicable obligations rather than kept indefinitely.
Inquiry retention
Initial inquiries: 24 months
Validation and consulting inquiry records are scheduled for automatic deletion 24 months after submission. If the request becomes a contracted engagement, information needed for that engagement may be retained as a separate business or research record under the agreed scope, legal requirements, and applicable retention schedule.
Access and security
Access is restricted to authorized operators and controlled systems. Private status links are token-protected; do not share your private link with unauthorized parties.
How analysis is assisted
Violet may use approved AI-assisted analysis tools to help produce the audit you requested, including optional visual-priority modelling when it is relevant. These tools support the audit judgment; they do not turn a model prediction into observed human behavior. Any additional external processing must follow Violet's authorization and privacy controls.
Validation and participant research
The public Validation form should not contain confidential material. If a study proceeds, participant recruitment, external research providers, consent, recordings, incentives, access, retention, deletion, and any use of client customers are defined during feasibility and contract discussions. Personally identifying participant data is kept separate from the structured study findings used to compare a prediction with evidence.
Your responsibility
Submit only material you are authorized to provide. Avoid unnecessary personal, confidential, regulated, or sensitive information when a smaller excerpt is sufficient for the audit.

Scope of this notice
This notice describes Violet's current website and service workflow. A Validation Study or consulting engagement may require a project-specific privacy, consent, data-processing, or research protocol before any participant or customer data is collected.
