These terms apply to Violet's website, free Attention Audit workflow, and Validation or consulting inquiry forms. A paid study or consulting engagement begins only after Violet and the client agree to a separate written scope or contract.
By submitting material or an inquiry, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or your legal, contractual, professional, or confidentiality obligations. Provide only the minimum information needed; do not place confidential or sensitive material in a public inquiry form.
The audit is a bounded, AI-assisted professional analysis of the supplied material and context. It may identify observations, hypotheses, design directions, and useful next evidence. It is not legal, medical, financial, accessibility-certification, security, or regulatory advice, and it does not establish how real people responded unless participant or field evidence is explicitly reported.
Submitting an inquiry is a request for feasibility review, not acceptance, a booking, or a guarantee of a particular method, participant sample, timing, outcome, or price. Violet may decline work that cannot be conducted credibly, safely, lawfully, or within available capacity.
A separate written agreement will define the decision and research question, deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities, permitted data, recruitment and incentives, external providers, consent and recordings, retention, intellectual property, confidentiality, and limits of the work as applicable.
Violet distinguishes observations, framework-based predictions, intended-audience findings, and field outcomes. Research reduces uncertainty; it does not guarantee commercial, behavioural, legal, or operational results. The client remains responsible for deployment decisions and professional review required for its context.
Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, or use Violet outputs to misrepresent evidence. Violet may reject, suspend, or cancel requests that create safety, legal, integrity, or operational concerns.
Website material is provided for general information and may change as Violet's services and research develop. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no website statement creates a professional-client relationship or transfers Violet's trademarks, methods, or other intellectual property.
